High School Stories: Life Interrupted

Service Description

School shootings is one of the Adverse Childhood Experiences, ACEs, that create a major obstacle in students feeling secure at school. This book study explores the mental health issues that impact the lives of students on a daily basis. High School Stories: Life Interrupted is the book used for this study. Reading assignments, webinar participation, reflections, and group discussions are a part of the 16-hour course. Teachers are subscribed to the Enlightened Teaching Community for two months while the course is underway. A certificate of completed for Continuing Education Units, CEUs, is awarded at the end of the course.
